Why can’t I see our school pin on the map?
Our team checks all the pledges made by schools before they are placed on the pledge map. This can take up to 24 hours after a pledge has been added by a school.
How do I move around on the pledge map?
- Arrows: Click the appropriate arrow buttons to move the view north, south, east, or west. Click to return to your original view.
- Zoom: Click + to zoom in on the centre of the map. Click - to zoom out.
- Zoom slider: Drag the zoom slider up or down to zoom in or out incrementally.
What do I do if I can't see the Minister's video message?
The video message requires Quicktime 6 or above to play. This is available as a free download at www.quicktime.com.
